Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not generally accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

We are not responsible for incorrect sizes, colors, or shipping information provided by the customer at checkout. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
